Quantela Inc. offers IOT, ML and AI technology based tools and analytics through its web platform for businesses, governments and communities. This presented us with a challenge to design a UI that accommodates the varying demands from the application dashboard from a client and user perspective. Our approach to the webapp design was based on a sound framework on grids which provided great deal of flexibility in generating UI variations for the platform. The colour driven identity was suggested for creating unique application profiles for Quantela’s clients.
The application UI was overhauled from ground up laying down the basic structure for wireframing.A coherent type and colour system was used to drive the users’s to the relevant and important sections of the UI.
An elegant and simple 8x4 grid system was the backbone of the UI design. The system allowed the UI to be customized for different client side use cases while also ensured a consistent UI language for the sized widgets on the dashboard.
A suggestive colour system explorations were used to showcase a differentiated identity for each of Quantela’s potential clients. This presented numerous possibilities for the same product to be marketed with a personal touch!
The UI system ensured a consistent language for the various levels of user profiles within an organization. The built-in flexibility of the UI ensured each user profile requirements were met with the same level of attention.
